The 14th Bucharest Caledonian Ball held at Intercontinental Hotel in Bucharest it was organised by Light into Europe Charity and centers around traditional Scottish culture: food, drink, clothing, music and dancing.
The main purpose of this ball this year was to raise money and awareness for the guide dog program for blind people. All the money raised will go towards Light into Europe's life chaging programs for its beneficiaries: blind and deaf young people here in Romania.
